Sarah is also passionate about teaching Yoga. Her practice of Yoga and painting have many similarities, the most important being finding your ‘happy’ when you stop and bring yourself back to you.
You can always see things in a different light when you are still and when you breathe, whether it’s on a Yoga mat or seeing something hidden in a painting. These are the things that make you smile on the inside and out.
It is Sarah’s wish to share this with all who see her work or attend her classes.
